The organisers of the Cork event worked hard to come up with a full days' activities. People turned out in their droves to pay tribute to the county's Special Olympics Athletes.
Representatives of different disability groups, dignitaries from the local authority, church leaders, the Cork Hurling Team and members of the public joined in the activities and fun for the day.
